Climate Finance Account Manager
About Honeycomb Credit
Honeycomb is a venture-backed, investment crowdfunding platform that unlocks capital for local businesses and projects from an unconventional and innovative source - their fans, friends, and community. By crowdfunding an investment from their customers and fans, entrepreneurs create deeper relationships with their community, and investors earn a return while supporting businesses and projects they believe in. It’s a true win-win.
Since inception, Honeycomb has driven over $55 million of investment to more than 600 projects nationwide. As we expand our climate-focused offerings, we are growing our team to better serve solar developers, green banks, climate tech companies, and other climate-forward businesses seeking innovative sources of capital.
We are hiring a Climate Finance Account Manager to support and grow our climate issuer ecosystem, from first application through repeat raises and long-term partnerships.
About the Role
The Climate Finance Account Manager will play a critical, full-lifecycle role, supporting climate-focused businesses and renewable energy projects as they raise capital on Honeycomb. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to issuers, helping them navigate the application process, manage their fundraising campaigns, and drive long-term success through repeat raises and referrals.
This role blends account management, customer success, and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with the solar and/or climate development ecosystem and can speak credibly with developers, financiers, and climate entrepreneurs.
This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role with significant impact on Honeycomb’s climate vertical. This role is an opportunity to work at the intersection of climate project development and community capital markets, helping real infrastructure projects get built.

Post-Raise Customer Success & Account Management
- Manage end-to-end offering close operations, including trade settlement tracking, SEC filings, and required investor communications, ensuring every raise closes smoothly, compliantly, and on schedule
- Coordinate post-close fund disbursement by working with issuers and ensure capital reaches issuers promptly after close
- Own long-term relationships with successful climate issuers
- Drive repeat business by farming existing accounts and helping issuers launch subsequent raises
- Serve as a trusted advisor to issuers as they scale and return for additional capital
Business Development & Referrals
- Leverage existing industry relationships to generate near-term deal flow
- Build referral pipelines from satisfied issuers and industry partners
- Use industry expertise to help Honeycomb identify strong partners — and avoid misaligned opportunities
